Terms & Conditions

NMWS Fall Show 2021

 

I have read and understand the 2021 Fall Show Prospectus and agree to the terms and conditions therein, including:

  • My painting complies with the requirements for acceptable submissions and framing/delivery of accepted works for exhibition.
  • I give permission for NMWS to use a likeness of my accepted work(s) for NMWS promotional materials.
  • I agree to volunteer time to support the running of the exhibition (unless I live more than 75 miles from the exhibit).
  • I may buy out of the volunteer obligation for $30. Failure to volunteer will result in a $30 fee at the time of painting drop-off.
  • Artwork must be available for sale. All transactions are conducted by NMWS, and NMWS retains a 25% processing fee on sales at the exhibition.
  • NMWS will not be responsible for theft, loss, or damage of works submitted.
  • NMWS is not responsible for shipping delays.
